UX/UI Designer

Job Title: UX/UI Designer (US Citizen Only) Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
