UX/UI lead

Job Title: UX/UI lead(US Citizens Only) Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design team in the creation of intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Define and implement UX strategies, design systems, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across all devices and platforms.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Monitor design trends and emerging technologies to keep the team and products ahead of the curve.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
