Job Description The Global Marketing Communication Specialist (GMS) is responsible for designing, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple tactics and channels to support key marketing programs and drive business objectives. This role encompasses all aspects of campaign project management, including tactic mix selection, budget management, performance tracking, and reporting. The GMS collaborates closely with the Global Marketing Program Manager to define campaign strategy and goals and works with various internal functions and external partners for campaign asset development and implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Translate content strategy into digital campaign journeys delivering against defined campaign goals. Orchestrate touchpoints along integrated marketing campaigns to deliver outstanding customer experience. Optimize channel mix to drive engagement in the defined target audience.
- Manage the development and execution of campaign assets like eDM, landing pages, multimedia, media, web pages, key sales collateral (brochures, flyers), on time and within budget.
- Partner with Global Marketing Program Managers to develop strategies for achieving goals and objectives defined in the campaign brief.
- Ensure adherence to Agilent brand and design standards, maintaining consistent messaging across programs, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Agilent teams and external partners for the development, localization, and execution of campaign assets.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize campaign outcomes. Prepare monthly campaign dashboards to monitor channel and tactic effectiveness and offer recommendations for optimization.
- Review campaign performance with global and regional Marketing Program Managers and PM stakeholders during quarterly marketing review meetings to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders, such as Product and Segment Marketing, Global and Regional Marketing Program teams, and external partners, to facilitate quality and timely project delivery.
- Manage campaign budget with realistic estimates and diligent cost tracking to meet budget goals and support meaningful ROMI analysis.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing and/or marketing strategy and communications experience
- BA/BS or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business Degree
- Cross‑disciplinary marketing communications experience, with proven capability to plan and execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns across the tactic mix - including demand generation, digital advertising, email and lifecycle communications, social media, PR, and direct marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple, deadline‑driven projects in parallel, effectively navigating changing business needs and priorities while identifying pragmatic and compliant solutions to complex challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in corporate environment and global organization. Ability to build strong working relationships across time zones and geographies.
- Proven vendor management experience, with the ability to lead external partners to deliver high‑quality outputs on time and within budget. Demonstrated capability to set clear expectations, manage scope and performance, and provide concise, constructive feedback to both internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent results
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with a modern marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation/journey orchestration, CDP/audience activation, CMS/landing pages & tagging, and analytics/attribution), including integrations, testing/optimization, and privacy-compliant data practices.
- Knowledge of graphical software and html editors (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proactive and Self-driven attitude taking full accountability for delivering the agreed outcome.
Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
