Job Responsibilities

• Website Operations

• Oversee daily website updates, including publishing news articles, refreshing banners, and launching new products.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by maintaining a visually appealing and functional website.

• Design Support

• Create eye-catching designs for product and event posters using basic design tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency across all visuals.

• Event and Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers to manage marketing materials and resources effectively.
• Support exhibition planning and material preparation across the APAC region, ensuring successful event execution.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of social media management experience in either B2C or B2B environments.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating simple yet effective designs.
• Video Editing: Basic video editing skills to support multimedia content creation.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential for communication and content creation.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
