Illustrator

C2’s client, a trailblazer in signage and 3D design solutions, is seeking a full-time Illustrator to bring sophisticated concepts to life across exhibitions, steel installations, and much more. You’ll join a nimble, innovative team that values proactive communication, ongoing learning, and creative ambition—working in a space where no two projects are the same. If you’re a collaborative Illustrator with robust experience in signage or expansive print, this is the role for you!

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Direct hire, full-time

Location: Remote

Compensation: $72,000 to $83,000 per year

Technology: A PC and software is provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop original illustrations for a variety of signage, exhibition displays, and 3D steel projects
• Collaborate with the design team to translate client briefs into high-impact visual solutions
• Join regular design team meetings to share progress and incorporate feedback
• Present concepts and finished artwork to clients virtually; integrate feedback in a professional, timely manner
• Ensure designs are consistently accurate, client-ready, and error-free
• Drive projects independently, taking full ownership while knowing when to engage the team

QualificationsRequired:

• 5+ years of professional design/illustration experience, ideally in print or signage
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop familiarity a bonus
• Experience working in agency, small business, or corporate environments
• Strong communicator with a client-facing mindset (Teams/virtual meetings)
• Team player who brings ambition, reliability, and proactive growth
• Consistently accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Nice to Haves:

• Hands-on skills in exhibition/3D design
• Experience working in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries
