Position: Business Marketing Analyst
Client: Leading Pharmaceutical Company
Location: 100% remote (Shift timings -EST)Duration: 1-year contract
Pay: $80/hr (Negotiable)
Shift: Standard Business Hours (EST)Job Summary:
The Business Marketing Analyst will support multiple customer groups and therapeutic areas by applying advanced statistical methodologies to measure marketing impact. This position involves conducting and interpreting complex analytics to guide promotional strategies, assess effectiveness, and deliver insights for brand planning, sales optimization, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation.
• Develop and interpret marketing mix models and ROI analyses to evaluate multi-channel marketing impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to design effective business tactics and strategies.
• Integrate marketing strategies into sales force call plans for both in-person and digital engagement.
• Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate insights from multiple data sources to provide comprehensive business recommendations.
• Perform digital analytics on non-personal marketing tactics (email, banners, mobile, alerts).
• Maintain analytical documentation, reports, and data visualizations.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in multivariate analysis, promotional responsiveness modeling, and large de-identified patient claims data.
• Expertise in R, Python, SAS, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics, campaign optimization, and consumer marketing databases.
• Excellent data visualization, interpretation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in CardioRenal Metabolic therapeutic areas (CKD, Heart Failure).
• Prior experience with a large pharmaceutical manufacturer.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant analytic experience
OR
• Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant analytic experience.
