Nonprofit Partnerships & Impact Lead_About Impact Beacon_
Impact Beacon is the strategic knowledge partner that mission-driven organizations rely on to succeed. With a deep understanding of nonprofit challenges, Impact Beacon uses data-driven tools and systems to turn potential impact into real, measurable results. Our team of strategists and nonprofit experts works closely with changemakers to bring together people, processes, and technology in a way that supports steady growth and strong operations.
We are essentially a one-stop shop for nonprofits to handle their important but non-core activities, so these organizations can focus more fully on their mission. We offer four carefully designed, modular solutions that meet key organizational needs, without requiring the cost or commitment of full-time hires:
● Donor Lifecycle Management (DLCM): Boost donor engagement and retention using centralized systems, automation, and tailored communication.
● People, Culture & Talent Systems (PCTS): Create strong, mission-aligned teams supported by digital feedback, efficient recruitment, and cultural integration.
● Governance & Financial Systems Architecture (GFSA): Build transparent, compliant financial operations with simplified budgeting, audits, and reporting.
● Operational Continuity & Internal Systems (OCIS): Improve workflow consistency and efficiency with standardized processes and in-built execution support that frees up leadership time.
Our solutions are modular and scalable, designed specifically for nonprofit cultures. This allows organizations to multiply their impact precisely and effectively, without increasing their headcount.
Role Overview
As the Nonprofit Partnerships & Impact Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Impact Beacon’s influence and strengthening its relationships across the nonprofit and social impact landscape. This position calls for a mission-driven professional with deep sector understanding and a demonstrated ability to build transformative, purpose-aligned partnerships that drive measurable outcomes.
You will serve as both a strategic connector and trusted advisor to nonprofit executives, funders, and sector leaders, introducing and tailoring Impact Beacon’s data-driven solutions to advance operational excellence and long-term sustainability. Through your leadership, nonprofits will be empowered to enhance their systems, streamline operations, and scale their mission impact effectively.
In close collaboration with internal strategists, product experts, and client success teams, you will design and execute partnership strategies that align with each organization’s goals. This role demands strategic foresight, relationship intelligence, and a strong commitment to amplifying social impact through collaboration, innovation, and ethical engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, engage, and cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers across the nonprofit sector, including executives, program leaders, and board members.
● Clearly and compellingly communicate Impact Beacon’s solutions, demonstrating their relevance to real organizational challenges.
● Lead discovery conversations and needs assessments to understand client priorities, constraints, and long-term goals.
● Partner with cross-functional internal teams to design tailored proposals and strategic roadmaps aligned with client aspirations.
● Strengthen opportunity pipelines by proactively engaging potential organizations, leveraging networks, and responding to inbound interest.
● Navigate nonprofit procurement processes, stakeholder dynamics, and budget cycles to guide seamless decision-making.
● Represent Impact Beacon at nonprofit industry conferences, sector events, and specialized forums to foster visibility and cultivate new collaborations.
● Continuously gather market intelligence and sector insights to strengthen product development and positioning.
● Share feedback from engagements with internal teams to refine messaging, tools, and solutions for greater client value.
● Maintain accurate records of engagements, forecasts, and outcomes using CRM tools and reporting frameworks.
● Support and collaborate with newer team members or partners contributing to nonprofit outreach efforts.
● Uphold ethical standards consistent with nonprofit values and Impact Beacon’s mission, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
● Contribute to periodic strategy sessions to refine outreach approaches and expand market reach.
Benefits & Growth Opportunity
● A performance-driven incentive structure designed to reward success in expanding client partnerships and deepening engagement.
● Exclusive, all-expenses-paid access to leading nonprofit sector conferences worldwide, offering strong professional growth and networking prospects.
● Engage with a dynamic leadership team and gain visible, impactful experience guiding social sector transformation.
● Flexibility to work in a manner that complements your existing commitments.
● Opportunity to influence the evolution of innovative nonprofit solutions and contribute to growing a mission-aligned organization.
● Access to extensive nonprofit sector networks and insights, fostering long-term career development.
