IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in personal branding, executive communications, or social media management
• Skilled in writing and storytelling, and the power of simplifying complex topics
• Knowledgeable of technology trends, C-level communication, and thought leadership positioning
• Strong in organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient in promoting IT services or technology solutions (nice to have)
• Competent in English on at least upper-Intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

• Develop and execute a personal brand strategy aligned with business goals
• Create engaging, thought-leadership-driven content for LinkedIn and our internal platforms
• Promote SoftServe’s services, expertise, and success stories through the leader’s voice
• Work closely with C-level to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful communications
• Support internal communication initiatives, helping keep teams aligned and inspired
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, and design teams to craft posts, visuals, and align the strategy
• Grow the leader’s professional network by adding relevant contacts on LinkedIn and expand the followers 'count
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and refine strategies for maximum impact
• Stay ahead of digital and industry trends to bring fresh ideas
