User Experience Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking to understand user needs, create intuitive interfaces, and enhance overall usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Test and iterate designs based on feedback and data analytics.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work (required).

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and design systems.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
