UI/UX Systems Designer

The Opportunity:UI/UX Systems Designer We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who will guide the creation of a scalable design system and elevate the overall user experience across our SaaS platform. You define the direction for the design system, ensure UI/UX consistency, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring clarity, usability, and simplicity into the product. You’ll apply strong product thinking, customer empathy, and rapid iteration. What you can expect the role to look like:

• Assess the current UI/UX across the product and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define the visual language, design patterns, and component standards for the design system.
• Supervise the creation and evolution of the design system. Document UI/UX guidelines and best practices.
• Use rapid prototyping tools (Bolt.new, Lovable, Framer, or similar) to quickly validate ideas and speed up design-to-dev alignment.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to understand user needs, validate problems, and shape design solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation.
• Lead iterative design reviews, gather feedback, and refine designs quickly.
