What is Obinex?

Obinex is a Pre-Seed stage Startup on a mission to develop a simple ecosystem to facilitate the adoption of the centralized economy in the decentralized space and give way to a more secure centralization. As we are in a very early stage, the equity offering is the only part of the conversation until we are funded. This will be subject to a probationary and vesting period.

What will you do?

We are looking for a Senior UI Visual Designer with a strong visual design sense, a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and the ability to create immersive, engaging, and high-quality interfaces. This role requires someone who can bring gamification elements to life**,** design high-fidelity UI components, and ensure a consistent**,** modern, and visually compelling brand identity across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile, ensuring a seamless, visually appealing, and immersive user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems with reusable components, typography, iconography, and color palettes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Frontend Engineers, and Branding teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Design interactive and gamified UI elements that enhance user engagement and align with the staking, trading, and NFT modules of the exchange.
• Ensure brand consistency by maintaining a cohesive visual language across all digital assets.
• Craft detailed UI motion guidelines and microinteraction designs to improve the overall user experience.
• Conduct UI audits and refinements to enhance usability and accessibility across different devices and screen sizes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in Web3, crypto exchanges, and fintech, applying best practices to the visual design strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design assets for campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials when needed.

What will you bring?

• 3+ years of experience in UI/Visual Design, preferably in FinTech, Web3, or highly interactive digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong experience in designing interactive UI components, motion graphics, and microinteractions.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, iconography, and UI layout principles.
• Experience with design handoff tools and collaboration workflows with Product Designers (Figma, Miro).
• Ability to create UI animations and transitions using Framer Motion, Figma Smart Animate, Principle, Lottie, or After Effects.
• Ability creating videos or renders using Blender, Cinema 4D or Unreal Engine 4 will be a plus.
• Experience in designing for accessibility and ensuring ADA/WCAG compliance is a must.
