What you’ll do:

● Gain product knowledge across our suite of offerings

● Design meaningful and purpose-driven E2E experiences that inform and guide customers toward the right product for their small business

● Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to drive results toward business objectives while commanding a positive mindset

● Be proactive in seeking new knowledge and connections with marketing partners

● Have a systems mindset, knowing how to leverage and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels

● Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform meaningful customer experience design for the web and beyond

● Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends

● Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research

● Lead and work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately

Qualifications

● 10+ years experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact

● A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through web, email, and in-product marketing funnels

● Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers

● Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices

● Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets

● Working knowledge of content management systems

● Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results

● Powerful communication and presentation skills

● Explaining design rationale concisely and effectively

● A dazzling portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process
