Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly wireframes, prototypes (low- and high-fidelity), and polished UI for mobile and web applications.
• Build accessible, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to ensure designs support user needs and business goals.
• Participate in usability testing and apply insights to refine and improve design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and financial industry regulations.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
• Experience in fintech or banking preferred
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design work across web and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on usability and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma for both design and prototyping.
• Familiarity with design systems and a desire to contribute to their ongoing development.
• Understanding of interaction design principles, typography, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
