In this role, you’ll help transform data into insights that drive product decisions, improve operations, and support strategic initiatives. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights and trends.
• Build predictive models, machine learning pipelines, and statistical analyses.
• Design and conduct experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate product and business performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate insights clearly through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain data models, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or relevant academic/industry projects.
• Proficiency in Python or R, along with common data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistics, experiment design, and data analysis techniques.
• Solid SQL skills for querying structured data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or data tools (AWS, GCP, Azure, Spark, Databricks, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote-first team.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
• Fluent in English.
