Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote, USVI based preferred (St. John, USVI-based jewelry brand)

Our core value is women empowerment and giving back to our community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative, dynamic, and driven Social Media & Community Manager to join our remote team.

Job Description: As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and elevating our brand’s presence across all social media platforms. You will drive our social media strategy, foster relationships with our online community, create engaging content, and spearhead influencer marketing campaigns. This is a remote position, but we are looking for someone who is passionate about the jewelry industry, social media trends, and has a deep understanding of community building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create original, on-brand content including photos, videos, graphics, stories, reels, and captions.
  • Curate and manage the brand’s content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with key events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative in its approach.
  • Community Management
  • Build and nurture relationships with our social media followers, responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate a sense of community and brand loyalty by engaging with customers, influencers, and ambassadors.
  • Create and maintain a strong, positive brand presence, ensuring our voice and tone are consistent across all platforms.
  • Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors that align with our values and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content that promotes the brand, products, and lifestyle.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, tracking performance and adjusting strategies for optimal results.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance (engagement, growth, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Regularly report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to refine and improve strategies.
  • Brand Advocacy & Online Presence
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain brand visibility across all relevant digital platforms.
  • Ensure our brand’s message is consistent across all touchpoints, building a cohesive online presence that aligns with our core values.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive brands, and market shifts to keep the brand competitive.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
  • Strong creative and visual content creation skills, with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or similar.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and managing partnerships with micro and macro influencers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone of voice.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement tactics, and growth strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for jewelry, design, and building online communities.
