Your Role
We’re on the hunt for a Sales Specialist who’s sharp, self-driven, and confident in closing high-value deals. You’ll be the face of Xelrix to clients across the UK — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth.
This is a commission-only position (10%–20%), perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, challenge, and unlimited earning potential.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot CRM.
- Identify potential clients in industries like SaaS, real estate, ecommerce, and enterprise solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, craft compelling proposals, and deliver winning pitches.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align client needs with our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Track sales KPIs — leads generated, conversion rate, and revenue growth — through HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within tech, SaaS, or digital services.
- Native-level English communication — confident, clear, and persuasive.
- A strong understanding of sales funnels, client lifecycles, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- A passion for technology and the ability to explain it simply to clients.
- The mindset of a closer — self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to grow.
