Architect & Project Lead — Architectural and Interior Design Full-time
- Fully remote for PlusRender / WhiteRock
You will make design decisions, contribute directly to production and coordinate a 3D rendering team to bring your designs to life. The role also includes managing multiple projects and presenting the team’s work confidently to clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and exterior designs, including façades, materials, proportions and building details.
- Design interior spaces, considering layouts, circulation, finishes, furniture and lighting.
- Integrate landscape and outdoor elements into the overall design, coordinating specialist input where needed.
- Contribute directly to design production through sketches, drawings, modelling and clear design instructions.
- Lead the 3D visualisation team, ensuring models and renders accurately communicate the design intent.
- Review work throughout production and provide clear, actionable design and visual feedback.
- Lead client meetings in English, present proposals, explain design decisions and translate feedback into next steps.
- Manage several projects simultaneously, planning timelines, assigning tasks and coordinating internal team members and freelancers.
- Review briefs, identify missing information and clarify scope before production begins.
- Manage approvals, revisions and scope changes, communicating their impact on deadlines and budgets.

Join a growing international studio working across architectural design, visualisation and interactive property experiences. This is a full-time, fully remote role with the opportunity for a long-term collaboration and significant ownership of projects.
You will need to be available during agreed working hours for team coordination and client meetings.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- A degree in architecture and professional experience practising as an architect.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your own architectural and interior design work, with a clear explanation of your contribution.
- The ability to make and communicate design decisions independently.
- A solid understanding of the 3D rendering workflow, including modelling, materials, lighting and post-production.
- Experience coordinating designers or visualisation artists and maintaining quality across deliverables.
- Strong spoken English is essential, alongside clear written communication and confident client presentation skills.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities across several projects.
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to contribute directly to production.
- Landscape design experience is an advantage.
