What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a character artist in games, with at least one shipped title at AA or AAA level,
- strong anatomy, form and proportion skills, for both realistic humans and creatures,
- expert ZBrush plus Maya or Blender; Substance Painter for PBR texturing,
- a working understanding of game-ready asset constraints: topology for deformation, LODs, texture budgets,
- experience with proprietary AAA engines (e.g., Frostbite),
- a portfolio of recent, production-quality character work,
- professional working English,
- availability to start the cooperation from November.
- a degree in Art, Animation, Design or related field is preferred.
- work with very strong IPs,
- possibility for fully remote work,
- help and support with handling work and residence permit procedures, if needed,
- Dragons Academy knowledge and skills exchange events,
- Dragothon an internal sports challenge with prizes,
- chillout spaces and massage chair in the Warsaw office.
