Good profile

Nadia presents a strong profile for Senior Web Design and Creative Lead roles, particularly in the B2B SaaS and agency sectors. Her summary is compelling, highlighting a blend of visual craft and business logic, which is highly valued. The inclusion of specific, results-oriented case studies (e.g., 'website became primary lead channel') adds significant credibility. However, the score is heavily impacted by the absence of a formal resume document. Without a detailed resume, recruiters cannot verify employment history, education, or specific technical competencies beyond the listed skills. Additionally, while her location (Ukraine) presents logistical considerations for some global employers due to current geopolitical situations, her experience working with clients across Europe, Australia, and North America demonstrates adaptability and remote work capability. To improve market value, she should provide a comprehensive PDF resume detailing her work history, quantifiable achievements, and educational background. Expanding her skills list to include adjacent tools (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript basics, Adobe Creative Suite) would also strengthen her profile.

How to improve

The current summary is excellent but can be optimized for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and quick scanning by hiring managers.
**Add Quantifiable Metrics**: Replace vague outcomes with specific numbers where possible. For example, instead of 'delivering results that matter,' use 'increased conversion rates by X%' or 'reduced load times by Y%.'
**Clarify Tech Stack**: Explicitly mention proficiency levels or specific modules within Webflow and Figma if applicable.
**Structure for Readability**: Use bullet points for key achievements rather than paragraph text to ensure key selling points are not missed.
**Include Education/Certifications**: Briefly mention relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., Webflow University Expert) to add authority.
*Revised Example:**
'Senior Web Designer & Creative Lead with 5+ years of experience driving digital growth for B2B SaaS, Real Estate, and Landscape firms across Europe, Australia, and North America. Proven track record of launching high-converting websites from concept to deployment, resulting in [Specific Metric, e.g., 30% increase in leads]. Expert in Webflow, Figma, and Design Systems, with a focus on bridging visual aesthetics and business objectives. Skilled in mentoring junior designers and leading cross-functional teams.'
