Job Title: Project Coordinator – Packaging & Graphics

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Long-term Contract (1 year)

Pay: $39-$43/hr

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist with packaging updates tied to a company rebrand and legal entity transition. This role is a great opportunity to collaborate with a global team and contribute to the execution of artwork and labeling updates across a variety of healthcare packaging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the production and execution of artwork and small-scale design adaptations for packaging projects (simple to moderate in scope).
• Ensure artwork consistency and accuracy by adhering to brand and packaging guidelines.
• Assist with gathering and documenting artwork, redlines, and changes as required.
• Enter project data into Loftware Smartflow to initiate workflows with external vendors.
• Manage artwork routing, timelines, and communications to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams while adapting to established processes and systems.
• Build and maintain effective relationships across teams and functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with two (2) years of packaging graphics experience in the creative and/or printing industry
• Experience in design, art production, or graphic arts
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and uniform packaging/labelling laws
• Understanding of the healthcare packaging industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and high-volume projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working with multiple digital systems and tools
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
