We are looking for a Sr. Paid Media Designer to join our creative team, working closely with the Creative Director. The ideal candidate is able to leverage their design expertise and strategic thinking to guide junior designers, help manage creative processes, and contribute to client success. This position requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and collaboration, ensuring that our design efforts align with client goals while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designer schedule focusing on new concepts. Balance quality with deadlines and project requirements.
  • Develop high-quality creative assets for digital advertising campaigns, including graphic designs, video editing and animations optimized for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google placements)
  • Provide guidance to newly recruited Paid Media Designers, offering insights into tools, processes, and client guidelines.
  • Lead daily communication with designers and account teams regarding design direction and creative operations.
  • Contribute to high client retention through effective communication and creative strategy.
  • Own creative briefing across multiple accounts, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback on design projects across multiple accounts to enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all projects.
  • Understand account strategies, proactively suggesting improvements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling proposals that showcase our design capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media ad design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in paid media design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Suite, Figma), with a solid understanding of design principles and brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting, demonstrating a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Experience working with multiple clients at once with different needs/branding.
