The Role As a Web Designer, you will be the creative force behind our digital presence, designing modern multi-page websites and brand identities that showcase our AI vision to the world. This isn’t a traditional “make it look pretty” role — you’ll take a hands-on approach, blending design craft with AI tools to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly experiences. From concept to execution, your work will directly shape how users interact with our brand, ensuring every site is not only visually stunning but also flawless in quality and impact. Most importantly, your designs will be portfolio-worthy creations that set the benchmark for creativity and innovation in the AI space. What You’ll Do

• Design modern, multi-page websites and logos/brand assets that reflect our AI-driven vision.
• Use AI client platforms as a foundation, stepping in with creative design and customization where needed.
• Ensure flawless quality — no grammar mistakes, irrelevant content, or outdated design.
• Apply UI/UX principles to create intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user journeys.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Optimize designs using data-driven insights (A/B testing, heatmaps, feedback).
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Integrate engaging graphics, animations, or interactive elements to simplify complex AI concepts.
• Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging AI-driven design tools and modern design trends.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

• 3–5 years proven experience as a Web Designer / UI Designer, ideally in tech or AI-driven companies.
• Top-level creativity with a modern, forward-thinking design approach (no “old-school” mindsets).
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Website design (multi-page, responsive, modern layouts).
• Logo and branding work.
• Expertise in visual design, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Technical proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (React/Next.js exposure is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working with or willingness to integrate AI platforms for website generation into your design workflow.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong quality control mindset, especially for copy review.
• Strong English proficiency — if not a native speaker, must demonstrate clear understanding of AI concepts and ability to spot grammar or content issues.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity and passion for AI, emerging technologies, and digital storytelling.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with AI tools for design (MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT-based design workflows, etc.).
• Motion design / micro-interactions skills.
• Experience collaborating with developer handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode).
• SEO optimization basics.
