Role Summary

We’re looking for a creator who thinks in images first — someone who can shape ideas into visual worlds, develop stylistic directions, and build consistent still and motion outputs powered by AI.

This role is ideal for artists who enjoy pushing boundaries, experimenting with new tools, and designing visuals that feel cohesive, intentional, and cinematic.

What You Will Work On

• Build visual concepts, style directions, moodboards, and still sequences (styleframes/stillmatics) for client and internal projects.

• Generate imagery using Midjourney, Krea, Higgsfield, ReVe/Rewe, NanoBanana, and similar models with precise prompt engineering, stylistic continuity, and controlled variation.

• Produce short-form video shots using tools such as Google Veo, Seedance, Kling, MiniMax Hailuo — ensuring consistent motion, storytelling logic, and visual coherence.

• Use Photoshop for compositing, masking, inpainting/outpainting, retouching, and preparing layered assets for animation.

• Apply cinematic thinking: composition, color, light, perspective, atmosphere, and rhythm.

• Collaborate with directors, art directors, editors, 3D/VFX artists, and sound designers to deliver unified creative outputs.

• Explore emerging AI tools, test workflows, and propose inventive visual approaches.

What Helps You Succeed

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual taste, photorealistic or stylistic mastery, and the ability to develop a concept through a series.

• Background in related fields is a plus: photography, graphic design, cinematography, directing, illustration, art direction, writing.

• Understanding of pre-production tools (reference boards, storyboards, animatics).

• Basic video editing or color grading (Premiere/Resolve/Final Cut) is beneficial; familiarity with 3D/VFX pipelines is a bonus.
