About the job

Looking for some great designer for peak time (It's usually March, April, and October, November)

As a Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative collections that align with our clients’ brand aesthetics and target market preferences. And you can work from home, or anywhere in the world, As long as you can keep communication with your Chinese partners and complete the task on time.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop fashion-forward collections (pet toys, pet clothing, Graphic design of bottle, tech accessories) that align with clients' brand aesthetics and target market preferences.

- Research current fast fashion trends, materials, and techniques to inspire and inform design concepts.

- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their demands and incorporate their feedback into designs.

- Create sketches, renderings, and technical drawings of designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to prototype and refine designs, provide support on product features and advantages, and address technical issues.

- Oversee the sampling and production process to ensure the quality and integrity of finished pieces.

- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Design or a related field.

- 5 years of proven experience as a Designer, with a portfolio showcasing original designs.

- A preference for candidates who have worked with leading retailers or fast fashion brands

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Strong understanding of techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.

- Exceptional artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt designs accordingly.

- Be able to travel domestically and internationally for business trip as required

We are a foreign trade brand focusing on fashion B to B. We have been established for more than 10 years and has nearly 500 employees. We serve major famous fashion chain brands in Europe and the United States, such as Primark, Matalan, Zara home and so on.
