Role Overview

The Gen AI Specialist (Image Generation) creates high-quality AI visuals for e-commerce and marketing using Freepik AI, Google Gemini, and ChatGPT. The role focuses on prompt engineering, photorealism, and scalable workflows to ensure brand-aligned, Amazon-ready images.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate photorealistic product and lifestyle images using Freepik AI.
• Craft and refine prompts with ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
• Perform edits (background swaps, product replacement, hands-free footwear visuals).
• Ensure natural product placement, accurate scale, and realistic lighting/shadows.
• Optimize images for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain prompt libraries and reusable templates.
• Collaborate with marketing/design teams on conversion-focused creatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical

• Strong prompt engineering for text-to-image workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Freepik AI, Google Gemini, and ChatGPT.
• Solid understanding of photorealism (lighting, perspective, shadows).
• Basic image editing (Photoshop or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon/e-commerce image standards preferred.

Professional

• Excellent visual attention to detail.
• Strong brand consistency and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and time management in high-volume environments.

Experience & Education

• 1–2 years in AI image generation, graphic design, or e-commerce creatives.
• Relevant background in design, multimedia, marketing, or similar field preferred.
• Amazon or footwear/lifestyle brand experience is an advantage.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with support teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
• Proven Experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account management (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with listing optimization tools (e.g., Helium10, Jungle Scout) and reporting tools in Seller/Vendor Central.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing account health issues.

Company Policy

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time
• Part Time: As needed basis
• Unpaid U.S. holidays; unpaid leave
• Time Tracking: Use Time Doctor to track hours and activity.
