This is a pure production role—zero conceptual design flair required. You will be stepping into an established, fast-moving workflow to ensure layout and data perfection across 18 different languages. The Schedule & Team Requirements Because this is a staggered sprint with no current potential for extension, we need reliable professionals who can hit the ground running on the following exact dates:
- Thursday 14th May
- Friday 15th May
- Week Commencing 18th May (Full Week)
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Take master English Adobe InDesign layouts containing intricate data, graphs, and images, and apply foreign language translation copy.
- Masterfully manage text oversets and layout adjustments caused by copy expansion, ensuring every language version looks visually and mathematically identical to the master template.
- Maintain rigorous file hygiene, precise asset linking, and flawless naming discipline across all 18 versions.
- Work quickly and completely autonomously once onboarded.
What You Need To Bring (Essential)
- The Tools: Your own workstation/setup with an active, up-to-date Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) license.
- The Expertise: Deep comfort working with .idml files and managing complex stylesheets, text frames, and typographical tracking.
- The Mindset: Extreme attention to detail. You are someone who spots a 1-pixel misalignment from a mile away.
- Availability: 100% committed availability for the specific dates listed above.
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Essential)
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical, medical, or data-heavy scientific artworking (“putting the graph in graphic design”).
