About the Role

This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of content execution across a growing brand portfolio. As Marketing & Content Coordinator, you’ll lead the creation and coordination of content across all our key channels - from social media and blog articles to email and website updates. You’ll be trusted to bring it to life with high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with our audience. 

You’ll also support broader marketing activities, including events, webinars and general team coordination. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on variety, has a strong connection to ag and wants to help tell the stories that matter in grazing and soil carbon. 

Role & Responsibilities 

• Lead the creation of written and visual content across key channels: website, blog, email and social media 
• Write, edit and proof engaging copy that aligns with our brand tone, voice and target audience 
• Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with broader campaigns 
• Execute organic social media activity, including scheduling, posting and engaging with our audience 
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into compelling content 
• Coordinate with external partners and designers on content production 
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g. webinars, whitepapers, producer stories) into short-form formats for different channels 
• Track and report on content performance using basic analytics tools to support optimisation 
• Support the planning and execution of in-person and online events, including logistics and promotion 

Your Experience 

• A relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture, environmental science or a related field 
• A solid understanding of livestock grazing and land management, with a strong interest in soil carbon and regenerative agriculture 
• Strong writing skills and an eye for crafting engaging, on-brand content 
• Some experience with social media platforms and marketing tools 
• A self-starter mindset with energy, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in 
• A desire to grow your skills and career in agriculture 
• Experience using design tools like Canva or similar would be a bonus 

Location

The ideal candidate would be located New South Wales or Queensland
