Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

About this Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative-minded Digital Marketing Executive to support our Meta Ads team. You’ll work closely with our Paid Ads specialists to create image ad variations in Canva, research competitors for inspiration, and spot patterns in what makes winning ads successful.

No professional design background needed just a good eye for visuals, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Graphic design experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create image ad creatives in Canva based on brand guidelines and winning ad patterns.
• Analyse ad performance data to identify what’s working and what’s not.
• Suggest new creative ideas based on results and competitor research.
• Conduct regular competitor research to inspire fresh campaigns.
• Assist with copywriting & product launches (e.g., copywriting for ads & website, uploading products to Shopify, cropping product images, etc).
• Upload ads to Facebook Business Manager.
• Help with other digital marketing tasks as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• A good visual/aesthetic sense - ability to spot what looks appealing.
• Basic Canva/Graphic Design skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets for tracking ad tests and results.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about paid advertising and marketing.
• Good written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with clear instructions.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager.
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce
