About The Role This is a fully remote web application development position focused on creating cutting-edge solutions using C# and JavaScript. As one of the first developers hired in the UK for this international company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the local development team and influencing the company's product offerings for the UK market. The role involves developing and maintaining web applications tailored to the accountancy industry, enhancing features, and improving user experience. You will work closely with global teams, utilizing a modern tech stack that includes ASP.NET Core for backend development and Angular for frontend interfaces. Your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and its ability to deliver innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial web application development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in modern ASP.NET Core development, demonstrating a solid understanding of backend architecture and API design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with a preference for experience in Angular framework development.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating remotely across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule and participate in occasional in-person meetings in Cambridge or London.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, and familiarity with deployment processes using Azure and Kubernetes, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
