🎯 Role Overview

As a Web Developer at BetaBuilders, you’ll help bring our startup ideas to life through elegant, accessible, and emotionally resonant web interfaces. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, product leads, and developers across multiple projects to ensure each experience is technically sound and user-centred.

🛠 Responsibilities

Build responsive, brand-aligned web components using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind

Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure design fidelity and performance

Troubleshoot and refine navigation, transitions, and accessibility features

Implement scalable UI patterns and reusable components

Participate in agile sprints and contribute to product strategy

Advocate for ethical design and inclusive user experiences
