The role demands strong creative instincts, technical precision, and the ability to deliver large volumes of graphics under tight deadlines.
You’ll collaborate across marketing, touring, and festival teams to ensure creative consistency from online campaigns to on-site execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables and file formats while maintaining a cohesive visual brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, display ads, web banners, email headers, and video thumbnails.
- Create print and production materials such as signage, stage scrims, LED templates, billboards, posters, backdrops, and credentials for tours and festivals.
- Develop merchandise-ready artwork for apparel, accessories, and promotional items, preparing files for print vendors and production houses.
- Deliver multi-format creative packages sized and optimized for different platforms and environments (digital, OOH, stage screens, etc.).
- Support creative concepts and brand identity development for new tours, festivals, and corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure all assets are properly formatted, color-corrected, and delivered on time for fabrication and printing.
- Partner with marketing, content creators, and social media leads to align design with campaign strategy and timelines.
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet daily and weekly deliverables across departments.
- Maintain organized design file systems, templates, and archives for cross-functional use.
- Uphold brand consistency and design excellence across all visuals, from concept through execution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional design experience in live entertainment, touring, festivals, sports, or agency settings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative range across digital, print, merchandise, and production design.
- Experience preparing print-ready and large-format files for vendors, printers, or production houses.
- Ability to handle high-volume creative output with accuracy and efficiency under tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of design specifications for various materials (vinyl, fabric, metal, LED, digital).
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Collaborative and communicative work style with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as production or event deadlines require.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for live music tours, festivals, or artist campaigns.
- Basic motion graphics, video editing, or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere).
