Role Overview

We’re looking for a founder-minded product creator with a unique blend of product strategy, UX thinking, and executional drive.

You’ll be responsible for translating human emotion and behavior into intuitive, delightful product experiences that redefine digital connection.

You will:

✔ Lead the end-to-end product development process — from concept and user insight to prototype and launch.

✔ Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and design teams to bring the vision to life.

✔ Rapidly prototype and test ideas to validate core assumptions.

✔ Define and prioritize product features that drive engagement, trust, and emotional resonance.

✔ Shape the product strategy, roadmap, and user experience for our flagship dating and relationship app.

✔ Balance innovation with practicality — creating features that are both visionary and executable.

Who You Are

You’re a builder and creator at heart — someone who moves fluidly between vision and execution, strategy and empathy.

You are:

• Experienced in product design, UX, or product management, with a track record of bringing ideas from zero to one.
• Skilled in using tools like Figma, Notion, or Miro to communicate ideas clearly and iterate fast.
• Deeply curious about human relationships, behavior, and psychology, and how technology can meaningfully enhance them.
• Comfortable working in early-stage environments with minimal structure, where creativity and speed matter most.
• Data-aware but emotion-driven — you design for hearts and minds, not just metrics.
• Independent, resourceful, and outcome-oriented — you build, test, and iterate fast.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Product Strategy: Shape and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

🔹 Experience Design: Design and refine product flows that make connecting feel natural and human.

🔹 Rapid Prototyping: Turn abstract ideas into tangible prototypes for quick validation.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, AI specialists, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

🔹 User Insight: Translate human emotion, psychology, and data into actionable product decisions.

🔹 Execution: Drive product delivery from concept to MVP — balancing innovation with simplicity.

Compensation

This is an equity-based role — you’ll be a co-founder-level creator, owning a meaningful stake in the product’s success and helping define the foundation of a category-defining dating and relationship platform.
