UX Engineer (React) - Remote W2 Contract - 745

Seeking a UX/UI contractor to help implement web-based user interfaces across three internal platforms (owned by a single team). Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements into elegant, scalable, and intuitive user experiences for our internal web-based applications, implemented in the frameworks used by those applications.
• Support the design of Infra, SRE UX, improving areas where (internal) customers encounter problems.
• Communicate and coordinate well with remote team members across several time zones.
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and UX researchers with effective exploration, communication, and presentation to realize deliverables.
• Bonus: While we’re looking mainly for people to help implement web based user interfaces, experience with design of user experience workflows is a plus.

• Proficient in React, HTMX+Lit
• Ability to overlap with EMEA Time Zone (UTC +0, +1) is required.
