Marketing & Operations Execution LeadLocation: Remote (Australia wide), or hybrid from our Central Coast NSW officesWork type: Full time, permanent. Remote, hybrid, or onsite (your choice)Salary: $80,000 + super + performance bonus   Work from anywhere in Australia, or hybrid from the Central Coast, your choice. We are a Central Coast group running two thriving businesses, a national childcare operator and a diagnostic imaging group, and we are looking for one exceptional all-rounder to take ideas and turn them into finished, shipped results. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or oversight role. You will report directly to the Director and act as their right hand. Most of the Director's time is spent in meetings and on the phone, so we need someone who can take a thought, often given verbally, and run with it across both marketing and operations. The foundation is genuine craft: graphic design, copywriting, social media and content creation. A modern AI stack sits on top of that craft to help you produce more, faster, and to a higher standard. AI enhances what you do; it never replaces the skill.   What you will do

  • Produce on-brand graphic design in Adobe Illustrator and the Creative Suite, plus copy, video and short-form content.
  • Act as an on-camera brand voice and create presenter-led content independently.
  • Run social media, paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta Ads, and SEO, with tracking and reporting.
  • Use a modern AI stack to multiply output, building agents, skills, automations and integrations across our platforms.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and plan and run events end to end.
  • Project manage marketing and operational initiatives from brief to delivery and provide operational support across both businesses.
  • Draft documents, policies and procedures to a high standard, and always deliver complete, polished work.

What you bring

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong graphic design, supported by a portfolio.
  • Excellent, channel-aware copywriting.
  • Broad, proficient knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus SEO fundamentals.
  • Confidence on camera as a brand voice.
  • AI fluency: building agents, skills, automations and integrations to enhance your craft.
  • Stakeholder engagement, event management, and project management across concurrent initiatives.
  • The ability to run with a verbal brief independently, across both marketing and operations.
  • A genuine bias to execution and high personal standards.
