The Role
We're looking for a Brand Manager who can help shape the soul of Brunae Body: across social media, collaborations, events, product launches, and everything in between. You're not just scheduling posts. You're the person who decides what this brand stands for, what it sounds like, and who it connects with.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll have genuine creative authority and work directly with the founder to shape where the brand goes next.
What You'll Own
Brand Positioning: Define what Brunae Body stands for and how that shows up everywhere — visually, verbally, and culturally. You set the standard for how the brand is perceived, and you protect it.
Content & Social: Dictate what gets posted and why. Every piece of content should reinforce the positioning — not just fill a feed.
Collabs, Events & Activations: Identify the right partnerships, moments, and experiences that put the brand in front of the right people. Own them from concept to execution.
Product Launches: Lead the go-to-market narrative for new products. Translate what's in the bottle into a story the market actually cares about.
PR & Cross-Border: Work with agencies to land the brand in the right rooms globally. Manage external partners with clarity and high standards.
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years in brand management, marketing, or content - beauty, suncare, or lifestyle preferred. A deep understaning of what a "brand" is, and why its so crucial. A sharp creative eye and the ability to translate brand vision into content that performs. Proven track record managing collabs, events, or campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of the current social landscape. Confident communicator who can manage external agencies and partners. Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team where ownership is expected, not optional.
