Title : Creative Designer

Location: 100% remote & async-friendly (fit it around your full-time role or freelance work)

Hourly Rate : $40 per hour plus Equity package

Summary

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to join our fully remote A-sync team, with a specific focus on creating image-based adverts and organic socials carousel posts, mostly on Canva. This is an ongoing opportunity with flexible deadlines working with a fun company. Perfect if you’re juggling other clients and want to fill your schedule with consistent work.

✅ About the Role

• Design static ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns

• Design carousels for organic socials posts

• Collaborate on visual concepts, themes, and messaging

• Use AI image generation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly) to speed up or enhance the creative process

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• A seasoned designer with a strong portfolio (bonus points for paid ad creatives)

• Familiarity with Meta ad formats, creative best practices, and trends

• You already use AI tools in your workflow and can show results

• You’re dependable, fast, easy to work with, have a great eye and are responsive

• If you have a marketing degree or extra marketing qualifications that will be a plus
