ABOUT US

The Business Hippie Club is a movement exploring how we can live and work better - where quality of life is the new success.

Through the Quality of Life Tour, we travel across Europe capturing how people live, work, feel, and do good - turning those insights into stories, visuals, and city reports that inspire real change. We’re now looking for a Visual Designer to help us shape this movement’s visual soul.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a volunteer remote role for a Visual Designer. You’ll help turn wisdom and observation into simple, powerful design. Think: posters, infographics, social visuals, and report layouts that feel human, minimal, and real.

You’ll:

• Co-create visual concepts for the Quality of Life Tour & Business Hippie Club
• Design templates for carousels, hope posters, and the QOL Reports
• Maintain the visual identity (purple, beige, white, black — minimalist + organic feel)
• Translate data and insights into human-centered infographics

YOU ARE

• A visual storyteller who feels before you design
• Skilled with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools (we’re flexible)
• Someone who values meaning over marketing
• Curious about design, culture, and the human side of business
• Independent but collaborative - you like creative freedom

QUALIFICATIONS

You don’t need a design degree - you need a good eye, a clear sense of balance, and a love for meaningful visuals.

What helps:

• 2+ years of design experience (professional, freelance, or passion projects)
• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, or Figma
• Able to create clean, minimal layouts with a human touch
• Strong sense of typography, composition, and storytelling
• Bonus: experience with infographics or social media campaigns
• Comfortable working independently with flexible feedback and deadlines
• Fluent in English (clarity over perfection)
