The goal is to identify UX patterns, user pain points, and key functionality that can inform our product strategy and design.

This is a discovery-focused role, best suited for someone analytical, independent, and highly detail-oriented. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, and strategy teams to translate your insights into actionable direction.

  • Optionally support internal product testing and user feedback analysis

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in UX research, usability testing, and journey mapping
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze products and clearly document user flows
  • Proficiency in Figma, Notion, Miro, or equivalent tools
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with fintech, platform-based products, or regulated digital environments is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a bonus
  • Must be U.S.-based (U.S. IP/location required for platform access)

Why Join Cannonball Code?

  • Contribute to the foundation of future digital products
  • Work on bold, fast-moving projects with a high degree of ownership
