My client is a global leader in Enterprise Sustainability Management software, data, and consulting services.

They are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with deep demand generation experience to lead digital marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Agency teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, strong expertise in digital channels and MarTech tools, and a solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Experience in product sustainability is considered a plus.

This is a contract role until the end of the year with potential to go perm

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Leads the strategy, creative development, and execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (SEM, paid social, display, email, etc.) to generate qualified pipeline and drive growth.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Owns the digital execution of GTM strategies for product launches, new features, and partnerships, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • ABM & Personalization: Develops and optimizes ABM programs targeting key accounts using platforms such as 6Sense, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborates with Sales to create impactful assets including playbooks, case studies, and training materials that support pipeline acceleration.
  • Customer Insights: Conducts market and competitive research to inform campaign messaging and positioning, leveraging analytics to refine audience targeting.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Contributes to content strategies that establish thought leadership through webinars, blogs, and whitepapers within the product sustainability and SaaS space.
  • Marketing Operations: Utilizes MarTech platforms to manage and optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, and enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Acts as a connector across teams to ensure integrated execution and strategic alignment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in SaaS or sustainability-focused companies.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6Sense, SEO, and email automation tools.
  • Experience planning and optimizing campaigns across SEM, display, paid social, and website.
  • Advanced knowledge of MarTech and campaign performance analytics.
  • Strong grasp of ABM strategies and tools, with demonstrated success executing personalized campaigns.
  • Experience in A/B testing and using data to continuously optimize marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead complex initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results.
