About

CATCHES are backed by some of the most influential names in luxury fashion globally. We blend advanced 3D rendering, AI and VFX techniques to deliver unparalleled shopping experiences for luxury fashion.

Role

We’re looking for a Lead QA Engineer to own quality across our digital fashion platform. You’ll define testing strategy end to end, covering 3D content, AI-driven features, and live e-commerce flows. This is a hands-on role that blends strong manual testing instincts with pragmatic, scalable automation

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the overall QA strategy for a complex 3D and AI-powered platform.
  • Define test approaches across rendering, performance, and ML-driven user journeys.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage where it delivers the most value, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead regression testing, balancing automation with high-quality manual validation.
  • Test high-performance web experiences across devices, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
  • Conduct deep exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and failure modes automation will not catch.
  • Work closely with engineering and product to improve testability, release confidence, and overall quality.
  • Integrate performance and security testing into the release process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in QA, including experience owning or leading quality initiatives.
  • Strong experience designing QA strategy for complex products, not just executing test cases.
  • Solid automation experience and comfort working with code, without being a pure SDET role.
  • Experience testing visually complex or 3D applications (WebGL, Unity, Unreal, or similar).
  • Excellent manual testing skills, especially exploratory testing and bug reproduction.
  • Strong visual judgement for spotting rendering, lighting, alignment, and animation issues.
  • Experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, plus performance testing tools.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex technical problems and deliver end to end.
