Social Media Manager and Ads

CERRET is a premium brand creating elegant, smart safety bracelets. We combine style and technology to offer customers a unique and meaningful product. Our B2C retail business is growing fast, with 95% of our revenue currently generated through Facebook and Meta Ads.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize all Facebook and Meta ad campaigns (including video, carousel, and story formats).

• Design and test creative assets (images, videos, copy) with a data-driven, A/B testing approach.

• Monitor campaign profitability, including Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and other key performance metrics.

• Ensure all creatives have a strong, clear Call to Action (CTA).

• Produce and publish organic social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness.

• Coordinate occasional digital PR activities, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

• Analyze performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics, providing clear reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C retail, ideally in luxury, fashion, or accessories.

• Strong expertise in Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns and bidding strategies.

• Solid analytical skills with a deep understanding of KPls like

CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.

• Creativity in visual and written content creation.

• Experience with social media publishing tools and analytics platforms.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Fully remote - must be organized and able to collaborate effectively online.
