We are looking for a user-focused UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving the overall user journey in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across projects.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain and evolve UX patterns, guidelines, and best practices.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met.

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX design or user experience roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
