About the role

This will be the most senior creative role inside The Studio.

You will shape our creative language, standards, and stories across all clients and outputs with:

• Exceptional taste
• Strong visual instincts
• A multidisciplinary command of art, video, motion, and expression
• The ability to guide, refine, and elevate work from concept through delivery

You will lead:

• Visual direction for campaigns, videos, and digital content
• Brand expression and creative concept development
• Storytelling frameworks and content structure
• Moods, looks, styles, and ideation
• Direction, pacing, narrative clarity, and visual cohesion
• Creative quality control across all deliverables

About you

You have a background that includes:

• Art direction, creative direction, or video/motion direction
• Leading visual development for digital or brand campaigns
• Concepting and shaping creative to polish
• Collaborating with researchers, engineers, and strategists
• Building creative systems and standards
• Guiding teams toward sharper creative thinking

Nice to have:

• Creating for a high-growth or media company
• Editing, design, and motion graphic skills
• Exposure to emerging creative tech (AI, 3D, motion systems)
• A strong POV on modern aesthetics and culture
