We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of WordPress website projects. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and our design, development, and QA teams ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct project discovery sessions, present design concepts, and finalize project requirements with clients.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple WordPress website development projects from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring transparent communication and long-term satisfaction.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Trello).
  • Collaborate closely with offshore developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and priorities, ensuring efficient delivery without compromising quality.
  • Identify risks early, propose corrective actions, and maintain project documentation and quality benchmarks.
  • Work proactively to improve internal workflows and contribute to continuous process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing web design and development projects, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, hosting, and website maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to update website content and handle small change requests independently.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
