We are seeking an experienced Web & Digital Product Designer with expertise in web design, responsive design, mobile applications, front-end development, and digital product design. This consultant will help create engaging, user-centered digital experiences for a leading CPG brand, translating business objectives and creative concepts into polished, intuitive website experiences.

Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive website experiences across desktop and mobile.
- Create high-fidelity UI concepts and page designs aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-focused digital solutions.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve engagement and usability.
- Deliver design assets ready for development and implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in web design, product design, and responsive/mobile experiences.
- Background designing for CPG or consumer-focused brands preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of front-end development and responsive design principles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visually compelling digital experiences.
Project Scope & Deliverables
- Homepage (30 Hours): Two homepage concepts, hero carousel, brand highlights, and final revisions.
- Our Brands (30 Hours): Design of five product detail pages
- Recipes (8 Hours): Aggregate recipes landing page.
- Food Service (30 Hours): Overview page, lead form, equipment & merchandising page, and calendar.
- Social Responsibility (8 Hours): Sustainability and corporate impact page designs.
- News & Press (8 Hours): News and press landing page.
- Careers (8 Hours): Careers page with external application links (Paycom and LinkedIn).
High-Level Project Timeline
- Week 1: Homepage concepts and creative direction.
- Week 2: Brand pages and Recipes section.
- Week 3: Food Service pages.
- Week 4: Social Responsibility, News & Press, and Careers pages.
- Week 5: Final revisions, QA, and design handoff.
