Freelance Project Manager

A fast-growing design agency working across industrial design, physical products, and environmental projects is seeking a Project Manager to join on a part-time basis (20 hrs/week) through the end of the year, with scope to extend.

The role:

You’ll manage projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to deliver physical product and environmental design projects. You’ll ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while helping the studio run smoothly. Please note this is not an event, experiential, or retail project manager role.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has 5+ years of project management experience in design, industrial, physical product, or environmental projects in an agency setting

✅ Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping teams and vendors aligned

✅ Thrives in a fast-paced creative environment with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

✅ Has excellent communication skills with internal teams, clients, and external partners

✅ Able to work west coast hours
