Type: Contract/ Part-time basis (Hours to be confirmed, once scope is discussed)

Reports to: CMO

Financial: Hourly or daily rate to be agreed.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative designer who can bring bold ideas to life across digital and

social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can take a concept from scratch —

from brainstorming to final visuals — and understands how to design content that excites

audiences who love cricket.

You’ll be responsible for creating images, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media

and marketing campaigns, working closely with our marketing and product teams to deliver

assets that capture the spirit of cricket and the thrill of gaming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and designs from scratch for campaigns, (organic and
  • paid) social media, and product launches, websites, emails etc.
  • Design and animate static, motion, and video content (images, GIFs, reels, short
  • ads).
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to maintain consistent brand
  • identity.
  • Translate creative briefs into engaging, on-brand visuals for paid and organic
  • channels.
  • Stay up to date with design trends in gaming, sports (cricket), and social media.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet technical and platform-specific requirements (Meta,
  • TikTok,Google, etc).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic or motion design (agency or brand side).
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. or equivalent
  • tools (Figma, Canva Pro, etc.).
  • Ability to develop original concepts — not just work from templates.
  • Experience designing motion graphics and short-form video content for social.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement on social
  • platforms.
  • Understand performance insights relayed from the wider team to optimise creative as
  • needed.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Bonus

  • Passion for or experience with cricket, sports media, or gaming.
  • Familiarity with sports fan culture and trends in sports/gaming content.
  • Experience with 3D design tools or basic video editing for gameplay or animated
  • assets.
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics and creative optimization.
