Digital Illustrator (Krita) | $65/hr Remote

Position: Krita Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $19 - $65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end digital illustrations in Krita from sketch to final output.
• Perform structured illustration workflows while documenting each step for AI training.
• Demonstrate and communicate creative decisions throughout the illustration process.
• Collaborate with teams to align workflows with AI research objectives.
• Utilize advanced Krita tools, brushes, and layer management techniques.
• Provide detailed documentation and feedback on creative workflows.
• Maintain high standards of organization, structure, and visual quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience using Krita for professional digital illustration.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complete illustration projects.
• Expertise in structured layer-based workflows and digital art techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Ability to clearly document and explain creative processes.
