Graphich & Merch Designer for Creative Merch Agency

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time freelance (40 hours/week)

Hourly Rate: €8-€10/hour

We work with exciting brands across Europe — including FMCG, tech, hospitality, and culture.

🎨 What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a talented full-time freelance merch designer who lives and breathes branding, design, and presentation. You’ll work directly with our Creative Lead and sales team on:

• Designing high-quality branded merchandise for clients
• Creating print-ready files, production proofs, and mockups
• Building and managing our internal mockup & template library
• Supporting creative pitches with strong visuals in Canva
• Helping shape our internal drops,DTC brand visuals & website design

✅ What We’re Looking For

You’re an independent, fast, and detail-oriented designer who can take a brand and turn it into awesome merch very quickly. You’re excited to build for both big brands and create merch that actually gets used.

Must-haves:

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid experience designing merchandise or physical products (not just digital!)
• Fluent in Canva for clean, modern presentation design
• Eye for detail in print specs, layout, colors, and product mockups
• Ability to manage your time and deliver consistent output every week
• Quick in communications & creative thinking / execution

Nice to have:

• Experience with Canva, Notion, or Airtable
• Understanding of embroidery, screen print, DTG, and packaging design
