About the role:

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to help expand and evolve a global design system supporting a large, multi-brand digital ecosystem, including mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design from discovery and ideation through high-fidelity designs and developer handoff
• Design, maintain, and evolve reusable design system components, themes, and assets
• Ensure consistency and quality across mobile and digital products
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams
• Conduct and leverage user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Advocate for user-centered and accessible design practices (WCAG 2.1)
• Contribute to design system governance, best practices, and adoption

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on mobile applications
• Proven experience working with design systems and reusable components
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android UI/UX principles
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent English skills enabling smooth communication with international stakeholders
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex digital products
